This is so true. I've been playing with discomfort for a while now, as a tool to support my own mental health, and I know that when I keep it light, keep it playful, I feel the benefits. When I become a slave to it, it stops helping.

Staying on an even keel despite depression is an endless dance, and when I invite discomfort to be a part of that, I love the results.
